ROSIL'S PERSONAL STORY
![]() |
I work as a full time urban planner in the private sector improving the health and welfare of our cities. My first ever formal yoga course was abroad in 1997 while completing foreign language courses in France. My inspiration to teach yoga was brought about by my life coaching training and service; my friend Val who planted the seed; and the kind spirit of my father, also a yoga teacher. I believe that life is to be savored with intention and purpose. In my yoga instruction practice I emphasize strengthening of the body core muscles, vinayasa flows and love of spirituality. I am adept in teaching the Sivananda Yoga style and feel very comfortable teaching in English and in Spanish. To complement my technique I continue to read and research, take teacher training seminars and have registered with the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Reading, traveling to exotic places, walking in natural settings, and sharing meals and reunions with friends and family are my favorite pastimes. |

FAMILY STORY
![]() |
I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs & civil engineering … turns out that when my mom, a lady a vanguard for her time, left this world, we were lead into the mind body soul connection. Besides our careers, my family is involved in the practice of massage, reiki, life coaching, and yoga instruction. With my father being the family pioneer as a yoga teacher, followed by me and now my sister, I am proud to say I have a family of yoga practitioners |
